ADRIAN PIETRARIU
Since starting the West Coast Boot Camp in 2005, I have served more than 1,000 clients providing fitness training and nutrition education services. We offer classes and individual training year round.
I have been active and involved in the fitness industry for over ten years, always working to stay on top of new health and fitness trends and providing the highest quality personal training possible. I have and remain certified by The Aerobic and Fitness Association of America as well as The International Sports Science Association.
In addition to fitness training, I have studied martial arts for more than 10 years and I am a former kickboxing champion with a state gold medal in Tae Kwon Do.

Natasha is dedicated to the fitness of others - young and old. She has developed an expertise in various exercise disciplines from weight training, kickboxing and step to core training and pilates. Thirteen years' experience has taught her how to identify student limitations and pull the best out of everyone. Her students find her easy to relate to and her enthusiasm contagious. She holds numerous certifications through AFAA that enables her to partner with students at every fitness level. A mother of two sons, she also volunteers teaching exercise routines to elementary students to encourage physical wellness at an early age. Natasha is ready to work with you to not only reach your fitness goals, but to transition healthy behavior into a new way of life!

Jose is currently a kinesiology student at Cal State, Northridge, focusing on Exercise Science. An avid outdoors type, he enjoys to spend his weekends rock climbing, mountain biking or out in long trail runs, where he feels most at home. His love for the outdoors fuels his active lifestyle. It has helped shape his career ambitions that started with private training sessions in 2005. Jose combines the teachings of his mixed martial arts discipline with his kinesiology knowledge, to provide his clients with the tools to reach a balance between physical well-being and everyday obligations. Jose believes that the main component of happiness is health. As he likes to say ” If you feed and tune your machine with the right stuff, it will perform at its peek level.” Jose is excited to be a part of the West Coast team and looks forward to assisting you reach your goals!

Jenica is a AFAA Certified personal trainer who loves to bring the best out of everyone at any age and fitness level. With two years of competitive boxing she knows how to push her clients to help them achieve their goals both physically and mentally. Jenica is a natural when it comes to working with kids. She has assisted kids in weight loss in a fun and enriching way. She is able to pull the best out of every child and motivate them to better themselves. Her ability to customize a workout that makes them laugh and have fun while exercising sets her above the rest. Her training includes but not limited to special needs and overweight kids. Jenica’s background in gymnastic, competitive boxing, basketball, track, volleyball, softball and cheer allows her to be flexible in designing the perfect program for her clients.

Mu'Ammar earned his Personal Training certificate from the National Personal Training Institute. He is a Muay Thai Instructor and was the 30th person to be certified by the Muay Thai Academy of America (the first Muay Thai school in the U.S.). He is a mix martial arts competitor and a combat experienced Marine Veteran with 4 years in the United States Marine Corps and two combat tours in Iraq. He served as a team leader to infantry marines and trained stand up fighting skills to over 30 marines, even training one marine to fight at a professional level. He has vast understanding of the human body and is very knowledgeable in regards to exercise. As a result of all of his experiences, Mu'Ammar has truly come to understand what a human body can do when you put your mind to it. His aspiration is to help as many people as he can realize that they can get into the best shape of their life.
Cathi Williams
Cathi enjoys helping clients who want to lose weight and get in shape without spending hours on a treadmill or lifting heavy weights. Her upbeat cardio programs are designed to be simple, yet challenging. Cathi encourages her clients to make a series of small lifestyle changes that are easy to maintain and have lasting results. As a wife and mother of three who also works outside her home, Cathi understands that time management is an important component in a life-long commitment to fitness. She has customized fitness programs for dozens of couples, at-home moms and professional people, all of whom previously insisted they didn't have time to get fit.
Cathi is also active in the community. She volunteers with H.E.L.P. programs at Huntington Memorial Hospital in Pasadena and currently serves as the nutrition chairperson for Palm Crest Elementary School in La Canada Flintridge. Cathi is certified by the American Council on Exercise. Her most recent certification is specifically focused on group fitness and she is currently studying to add a certification as a lifestyle and weight management counselor to her list of credentials in 2008.
