We are a military based work out... but don't let the word "military" scare you off. It's something that anyone can do, whether you're in shape, kind of in shape or way out of shape.
Our Boot Camp classes are set outdoors, in a park setting. A typical day of boot camp involves:

We've all been through this viscous circle!! It's called lack of motivation, lack of inspiration, lack of accountability, lack of self discipline and lack of commitment.
Why is it so hard to get yourself to the gym? Well one of the main reasons is because there is no accountability factor. No one at the gym is going to call you and say, "hey where are you, we know you were "thinking" about coming to the gym today." That is something that most likely would not happen in the real world.
So with all that said, here is what makes West Coast Boot Camp so much different than any other type of workout.
Boot Camp is an opportunity for you to make a commitment - most importantly to yourself, then to your trainers, and then to your classmates. It's one of the healthiest addictions anyone can acquire.
The awesome way that you feel at the end of each workout is enough to keep you coming back for more. It's an amazing sense of accomplishment that you can feel by only 6:30 in the morning when most people's alarms are barely going off!
